Througout the Book of Revelations, John refers to the system dominant in the last days as “Babylon”. He reveals that the last days will entail a system called “Babylon”, represented as a whore, that will include one world Religion, one world Financial system, and one world Government - all under the antichrist, who receives his power from the “Dragon” or Satan.
Rev 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. 3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Yahshua: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration... ...10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space... ...12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. 14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Rev 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
This “beast” will have seven heads (Satan rules all seven empires that persecuted Israel from the beginning - Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Media-Persia, Greece, Rome, and the coming European empire under the antichrist, five of which were fallen at the time John wrote the letter under the sixth, which was Rome) and Ten Horns (There will be ten kings in the last empire who will hand their power over to the antichrist in the last days and fight with him against Christ).
Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority... ...6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
These prophecies are currently being miraculously fulfilled. In late 2000 the United Nations met in New York to set a framework for implementing the 1995 U.N. official document called, "The Charter for Global Governance." The meeting was called “Millennium 2000”. During the same time period, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the major central banks held their own meetings, working on global financial standards that will eventually result in an openly controlled global economic system operated under the authority of the U.N. At the same time about 1,000 representatives of the various global religions and religious systems met to work on plans for a sort of United Nations World Church, in which allreligions will be embraced with open arms - all except those exclusionary religions like Scriptural Christianity which believe that:
1 Tim 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

Acts 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Yahshua Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
According to Scriptures, these global systems will be centrally controlled by Satan through the antichrist, and anyone opting out of the system will be unable to buy or sell in this system, and ultimately sought for death by beheading.
Rev 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Yahshua, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
With a little research through the Scriptures and historical books at your local library it is not hard to trace the relation of Babylon to Rome and eventually to the today’s dominant “church” culture.

Ancient Babylon was built by Nimrod.
Gen 10:8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. 9 He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD. 10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
Babylon was the scene of the great revolt against God resulting in the tower of Babel, the confusion of languages, and the dispersion of mankind into separate nations. The Babylonian Mystic religion was started by Nimrod and his queen Semiramas. They claimed to have all wisdom and the ability to reveal divine secrets. It was characterized by the word “Mystery” because of its “System of Mysteries”. In order to be initiated into this cult, men would have to confess to their priests and drink their “Mysterious Beverages”. These contained alcohol, and after they had imbibed, they would be “prepared” for what they were about to see or hear. They would then confess information little by little, under oath of secrecy, what they would not reveal otherwise. This gave the priest his secret power over the men whose sins they could then expose if necessary. Once they were admitted, they were members of a secret mystical brotherhood regardless of national origin. Under this religion the objects of worship were the Supreme Father, The Incarnate Female or Queen of Heaven, and her Son, The Original "Trinity". However the mother and son were the true objects of worship as the Supreme Father was said not to interfere with mere mortal affairs. Before God intervened, men had one language and lived together making it easy for this cult to spread among the people. When God scattered the people they took it with them to every nation they formed on the earth. This explains the great similarities of worship and tradition around the world.

Abraham was called out from their Idolatry to represent the true God. Babylon continued as the “Seat of Satan” until Xerxes (see Daniel 11) conquered it in 487 BC. Then the Babylonian priesthood was forced to leave Babylon and move to Pergamos.
Rev 2:12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; 13 I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
When the king of Pergamos and Pontiff of the Babylonian cult, Attalus, died in 133 BC he bequeathed the headship of the priesthood to Rome. When the Etruscans came from Lydia (Pergamos) to Italy they brought the Babylonian rites and religion with them. They set up a Pontiff who was head of the priesthood. The Romans later accepted the Pontiff as their civil ruler when Julius Caesar was made Supreme Pontiff of the Etruscan Order in 74 B.C. In 63 B.C. he was made Supreme Pontiff of the Babylonian Order making him heir to the rights and titles of Attalus who, by will, had made Rome his heir. So, the first Roman Emperor became head of the Babylonian priesthood and Rome became the successor of Babylon with Pergamos as the it’s seat.

In 218 A.D., the Roman army in Syria, who rebelled against Macrinus, elected Elagabalus, who was the high priest of the Egyptian branch of Babylonianism, emperor. He was then chosen Supreme Pontiff by the Romans making both western branches of Babylonianism centered in the Roman Emperors who held it until Emperor Gratian rejected it in 376 A.D. for Christian reasons saying that by nature, Babylonianism was idolatrous.

In 366, Damascus was made “Bishop of the Christian Church at Rome” through the influence of the monks of mount Carmel, a college of the Babylonian religion founded by the priests of Jezebel. In 378 he was elected Supreme Pontiff of the Babylonian Order making the Babylonian system of religion part of the “Christian Church at Rome” .

Under Damascus, the heathen temples were restored and the ritual re-established. Over time, teachings of Mystic Babylon were gradually moved into the Roman church. It is plain that Satan intends to decieve the masses by teaching them “the way of the heathen” as Christianity, so that when Yahshua returns, they will feel more comfortable in Satan’s “church”. The book of Revelation gives clear warning to the Churches to not commit spiritual “fornication” with Jezebel the “Whore” or her "children", as Israel committed “whoredoms” by adopting the customs of the pagans in her midst.
Rev 2:19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. 20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. 24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

Ezek 23:1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother: 3 And they committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised the teats of their virginity. 4 And the names of them were Aholah the elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine, and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were their names; Samaria is Aholah, and Jerusalem Aholibah. 5 And Aholah played the harlot when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbours... ...28 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand of them whom thou hatest, into the hand of them from whom thy mind is alienated: 29 And they shall deal with thee hatefully, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare: and the nakedness of thy whoredoms shall be discovered, both thy lewdness and thy whoredoms. 30 I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols.
When a "Christian" theme is placed on a pagan practice, it does not make it any more Christian or any less pagan. In fact, God is very clear in telling the Israelites NOT to do to Him what pagans do to their gods. The important part of Jer. 10 is to “Learn not the way of the heathen”. We are also commanded not to add or take away from anything that God has commanded us to do:
Jer 10:1 Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel: 2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.

Deut. 12:29-32 The LORD your God will cut off before you the nations you are about to invade and dispossess. But when you have driven them out and settled in their land, 30 and after they have been destroyed before you, be careful not to be ensnared by inquiring about their gods, saying, "How do these nations serve their gods? We will do the same." 31 You must not worship the LORD your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the LORD hates. They even burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods. 32 See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.
Below is a short list of pagan Babylonian customs which have made their way into many contemporary “churches” .
Introduction of “Saints”, especially of the virgin Mary. Pagans who were accustomed to worshipping gods of towns or places fell right in line with the veneration of saints and holy men. These became lessor gods whose intercession with God was sought. Places connected to these holy men became sacred and pilgrimages resulted. Their relics and bones were sought after because they were believed to have miracle powers. The worship of the virgin was started three years after Damascus became cult head, in 381 A.D.

Worship of the Queen of Heaven and her son and the worship of Mary as “The Mother Of God” . The image of the mother and child was an object of worship from Babylon added to the church. The Roman church took this as an emblem. In 1825 a medal was made with the image of Pope Leo XII on one side and a woman with a cross in her left hand and a cup in her right hand symbolizing Rome. Around her were the words “ Sedet Super Universum” - the whole world is her seat. The original mother was Semiramas who was known for unbridled lust and fornication. In the “Mysteries” that she help to create, she was known as “Rhea” , the great “Mother of the Gods” with lewd rites that identify her with Venus, the mother of all impurities. The emblem of the Harlot with the cup in her hand came from Ancient Babylon and was found in Greece representing Venus.
In Egypt, mother & child were known as Isis & Osiris;
India - Isi and Iswara;
East Asia - Cybele & Deoius;
Pagan Rome - Fortuna & Jupiter-puer;
Greece - Ceres or as Irene with Plutus in arms;
Tibet, China, Japan - Shing Moo the mother of China with child in arms and a halo of glory.
Pontiff Supremacy over all moral and religious affairs of the church, as was true of the Babylonian Pontiff.

Veneration of Statues was decreed by the Second Council of Nice in 787 A.D. In the ninth century some emperors tried to stop it but were resisted and in 869 A.D. a synod at Constantinople declared in favor of them. This is pure paganism.

Private confession to a priest grew from the 2nd and 3rd centuries to an elaborate system under Innocent III in 1215 A.D. but wasn’t decreed by council until the Council of Trent in 1551. People were compelled to confess to a “priest” at least once a year and to do penances of fasting, scourging, pilgrimages, etc. Without confession they were not allowed to receive sacraments. Go to your library and look this up. This is the same system as Babylon.

The Sign of the Cross came from the Mystic “Tau” of the Babylonian cult. It came from the letter “T”, the initial letter of Tammuz (Bachuss) who was Nimrod, son of Cush.
Ezek 8:12 Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth. 13 He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. 14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD'S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. 15 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these.
The Rosary is used in the same way under Romanism as it was in the Babylonian Mysteries and is still used in the Buddhist religion.

The “Order of Monks” and “Nuns” were Babylonian traditions. The nuns were copied from the pagan Roman “Vestal Virgins” which were themselves copied from Babylon.

Christmas, or “Christ mass” was copied from the pagan festival observed on Dec 24-25 in honor of the son of the Babylonian Queen Astarte and was celebrated hundreds of years before Christ in many pagan countries with similar celebrations and is ultimately a pagan worship of the sun god. The Chaldeans called it “Yule Day” or “Child Day”. The Christmas tree is also pagan and was known throughout the pagan world. According to a legend, on the eve of Dec. 24th, a “yule log was cast into a tree” from which divine gifts from the gods were taken to bless men in the new year. This was so common in the days of Jeremiah that he warned Israel to flee from this heathen custom.
Jer 10:1 Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel: 2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. 3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. 4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. 5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good. 6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O LORD; thou art great, and thy name is great in might. 7 Who would not fear thee, O King of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee. 8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities. 9 Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men.
In Persia (Iran), which took the Empire from Babylon, it is called Yalda and is celebrated on Dec. the 21th, the night before the first day of winter. It’s ceremonies are held at the night of the first day of winter which is the longest night of the year. Yalda is a soriAni word meaning birth. It is also called Chelleh (Shab-e Chelleh) and celebrates the birthnight of the unconquerable sun, or Mehr or Mithra. It is an Aryan ceremony and the followers of Mithraism have celebrated it for thousands of years in Iran.

According to their customs, light, day and sunshine were assumed to be the signs of order and ahuraic whereas night, darkness and cold were thought as to be ahriman's sign. Watching the changes in the length of days and nights, the people believe that light and darkness, or day and night are in continuous battle. Light's victory resulted in longer days whereas darkness's victory meant longer nights. Since the first night of winter is the longest night, and from that night on, the days get longer and the warmth and light of the sun increases, that night was supposed to be the time for the re-birth of sun. The Aryan tribes, in India, Iran and Europe celebrated sun's birth at the beginning of winter.

To remain safe of “ahriman”, the people gathered together and made fires, and asked sun “yazat” to bless them. They spent the night together beside the fire to get rid of ahriman's harm. Mithraism spread to ancient world from Persia, and as a result, Rome and many European countries celebrated the 21th. of December as mithra's birthday.

In the 4th. century A.D., because of errors in counting the leap year, the birth day of mithrA shifted to 25th. of December. When “Christianity” was adopted as the state religion of the Roman empire under Constantine, the “Church” could not stop the people’s practice of celebrating Mithra's birthday on December the 25th and declared this practice to be a celebration of Jesus's birthday.

Nowhere is there shown any biblical connection of Dec. 25th to the birth of Christ. In fact Yahshua could not have been born in the cold winter months as the Shepherds were in the fields, the census had been called, and Yahshua was born outside in a manger! YHWH recognized the severeness of their winters when he wrote to the Jews:

Mark 13:18 And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.
As stated throughout these pages, Yahweh works in patterns, and as Yahshua’s death, rebirth, and Birth of the Church (Pentecost) fifty days later symbolically fall on the old testament patterns of the feast days Passover, Unleavened bread, Firstfruits, and Feast of Weeks, Yahshua’s conception and birth also fall symbolically on the old testament patterns of Feast of Tabernacles, and Pentecost making Yahshua’s true birthday in our month of June.

The only memorial to Yahshua given by scriptures is the Lord’s Supper. Christ-mass was observed as a ritual of the "church" in the fourth century.
